Koordinat Çayyolu Houses
Koordinat Çayyolu one of the best Property project in its region. The project has 14 pcs 1+1, 160pcs 2+1, 98pcs 3+1 and 102pcs 4+1, 53pcs 5+1 houses total of 427 flats in a total of 112.000m2.
Although the sales office is designed in a temporary area, it has a structure dominating the view of the entire construction area which also includes 3+1 and 5+1 apartments. The sales office is designed to be enjoyed on the hillside with the most enjoyable view of the place where the apartments are promoted as well as the name of the project. The building, which aims to sell life experiences rather than an apartment, has been designed to include artistic events and exhibitions.

The UDI building, which is possibly the most assertive public building that has been constructed in the capital city recently, accommodates many local and foreign visitors. In this project, where we had the privilege of working with Uz Mimarlık, which won the contest organized for its construction, we managed to create interior spaces which are extremely harmonious with the architectural understanding.

The Seasons Brassiere is located at the entrance area of the one and only shopping mall of Chisinau. In the Brassiere, a small mezzanine floor nearly occupying one third of the whole area is designed; the rest of the total area is left at two storey height, to emphasize spaciousness. The ceiling is also designed without any suspended ceiling so as to highlight the height of the area, and all the mechanical equipment is left open.

Like in the previous Konak Hospitals, this hospital has the same design understanding with its simple and contemporary lines. The information desk at the entrance level supports the centralized architectural design understanding of this area.

Burj Bulayla office buildings are the tallest buildings in Tripoli, capital of Libya, with 145 metres of height, constructed by Summa Construction. The total area of the complex is about 51.000m2 with variety of different sizes. There are stores, multi-purpose meeting rooms, restaurant, cafeteria, gym and SPA in the officebuilding complex.

In the designing stage of the hotel constructed in Erbil city of Iraq, it was stipulated to be operated by its investor. After the hotel designed completed, operational functions were given under the brand “Dedeman”. The hotel started out with the intention of being one of the most ambitious establishments of the region. The hotel was designed after refunctioning an existing building.

The shopping mall built in St. Petersburg in Russia was designed to resemble “the grand canyon” situated in the United States of America upon customer demand. As a bad replica of a geographical structure of a current place could not be created, the region was analyzed and design ideas that suited a modern shopping mall were put into practice with stylized references.
